How Engagements Work

Every engagement is designed to close the distance between what your organization is planning and what it is actually delivering.

Strategy Execution Assessment

THE ENTRY POINT FOR EVERY ENGAGEMENT.

You already know something is wrong. What you need is clarity on what's causing it so you stop spending resources on the wrong fix.

The Assessment is a standalone diagnostic engagement. It produces an Assessment Report: a prioritized, evidence-based picture of what's structurally preventing execution and a realistic view of what each option for addressing it would require. Not just what it could achieve — what it would cost in leadership time, organizational disruption, and focus.

Some clients take that report and do the redesign work themselves. That is a legitimate outcome. The goal is a clear enough picture to move forward, with or without us.

Execution Design and Alignment

WHEN YOU NEED MORE THAN A DIAGNOSIS.

The Assessment told you what's structurally in the way. This engagement addresses it.

We rebuild the operating conditions that execution requires: decision rights, governance structures, and the rhythms that translate priorities into owned work. The scope is defined entirely by what the Assessment found, scoped to your organization's specific conditions.

It ends with a defined deliverable and a clear exit point.

Execution Partner Retainer

WHEN THE WORK NEEDS TO STAY CLOSE.

Some transformations are too large or too complex for a fixed-scope engagement to hold together. Momentum drifts. Old patterns return. A new hire disrupts the decision structure.

The Partner retainer keeps someone embedded who knows your organizational design well enough to distinguish a structural problem from ordinary noise and course-correct in real time.

Also available for organizations that completed a Design engagement and want embedded support through implementation rather than a clean handoff.

Let's talk about your organization.
